Grand Targhee Cat Ski Adventures

As mentioned in my previous blog:

My Dad and I decided that this past Thursday might be a good day to use a cat skiing voucher that we had been saving for a “snowy” day.

Mikey & Dad

This proved to be a good decision as the weather cleared for a morning of bluebird cat access pow right under the Tetons.  It was a lot of fun to enjoy a day of untacked pow turns with my Dad.  9 runs off of the cat and about 17,000 ft of vert later……..

A big thanks to Grand Targhee Cat Skiing, our driver Richie, and our guides Walshy & EA!!!!

Michelle & Mikey

Sunday, January 23rd, we (Michelle & I) rallied up to the pass for a quick skin up with Aaron Inouye, Ali Marshall, Collins Pringle, and their buddy Cody.  We skied a shot off of Talbot Creek. We kept it pretty mellow below 10,000ft and it was quite good.  2,300ft of untracked pow followed by a mid day hot-tub session and football… thats a good Sunday!
